Restaurant LIEMÈS is expanding. Located at The Wall in Utrecht, the Netherlands, LIEMÈS is now more than just a culinary hotspot. It now also offers a brand-new venue for corporate events and conferences, with a capacity of up to 1500 guests.
The new LIEMÈS event location has officially opened its doors, and the first events are already taking place. Over the summer, the floor below LIEMÈS underwent a complete renovation, resulting in two flexible rooms for plenary sessions, a central foyer with a bar, coffee stations, and a covered terrace with an outdoor bar. Thanks to movable walls, the space can be fully opened up, making it ideal for large-scale events such as car shows, food truck festivals, or corporate gatherings.
Sustainability is a top priority at LIEMÈS, including at the new event venue. From energy-efficient construction to sustainable food concepts, everything is designed as responsibly as possible. But what makes the new LIEMÈS venue truly unique is its flexibility. It can operate as a standalone event space or be combined with the upper floor and food court, home to the LIEMÈS restaurant and seven international kitchens. Whether you’re planning a corporate event with a food festival twist, a dance party, or even a wedding – anything is possible.
LIEMÈS is located directly next to the Apple Museum, which is expected to open soon. For event planners, this offers an added bonus: the option to include a museum tour as part of their event program.
Besides all the facilities, flexibility, and an international kitchen team, LIEMÈS distinguishes itself with its excellent accessibility. Located right next to a highway, with spacious parking and a direct bus connection from Utrecht Central Station. For large events, a shuttle service from the train station is also available, making LIEMÈS easily accessible to guests from all over the country and beyond.
