Yes. There is a large parking area right in front of The Apple Museum entrance.

The first two hours of parking are free. If you stay longer, you can pay the applicable parking fee when exiting the parking area.

The Apple Museum is accessible and welcoming to visitors with disabilities.

Wheelchair users can comfortably explore the museum, as the museum is accessible throughout. Visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing can also enjoy the museum. While some exhibits include audio, most information is available through written texts, and videos are provided with subtitles.

Yes. There are two enclosed areas inside the Apple Museum that visitors should be aware of.

The first is the Garage, located near the entrance. The garage doors close while an audio and video experience is playing. If you are uncomfortable with the doors being closed, please let a staff member know and we can keep them open for you.

The second is the 1984 Room. This space is dark and features loud sounds and bursts of wind, while the doors are closed. If you would prefer not to enter the 1984 Room, please let a staff member know.

Yes. The 1984 Room, located just after the Lisa exhibit, is an enclosed space where visitors can experience the iconic Apple commercial on a large screen.

The experience includes loud sounds and changing lights. If you are sensitive to loud noises or flashing or changing lights, please let a staff member know. We can help you avoid the room and guide you along an alternative route.

There are three themed resting areas along the museum route where you can take a break during your visit.

Each area has chairs or couches where you can sit down and relax before continuing your journey through the museum.

Unfortunately, pets and other animals are not allowed inside the Apple Museum. This is to help protect our collection and ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the museum and may not be consumed in the museum space. This helps us protect our collection from accidental spills or damage.

If you need a break during your visit, you are welcome to exit the museum and have something to eat or drink outside before continuing your visit.

We will do our best to help you locate your lost item. If we find it, we will keep it safely at the museum so you can arrange to collect it at a later time.
