At the moment, we only accept card payments at the museum. Cash payments are currently not accepted.

Yes, tickets can be rescheduled subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your booked time slot with your order number. We will do our best to move your booking to another available date or time.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to help you reschedule your visit if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

If capacity allows, we will try to move you to the next available time slot on the same day.
Please note that entry cannot be guaranteed if you arrive significantly late, as we work with timed entry to ensure a comfortable visitor experience.
