Yes. If more people are joining your visit than originally expected, you can simply purchase additional tickets at the museum when you arrive.
We recommend booking your tickets online in advance, especially on busy days, as tickets and time slots may sell out. However, you are always welcome to drop by and purchase your ticket at the museum on the day of your visit.
Our regular adult tickets are €21.50 per person.
Youth tickets for visitors aged 10 to 17 are €15.00 per person. Students can also enjoy a discounted ticket for €15.00 upon presentation of a valid student ID.
Children aged 9 and under can visit the museum free of charge.
We partner with several online platforms, such as Social Deal and Tripper, where you can find discounted tickets for the museum.

The time slots help us keep track of how many visitors we can expect throughout the day. If you arrive later than your reserved time slot, don’t worry — you can still enter the museum as long as you arrive before 4:00 PM.
If you expect to be more than an hour late, please give us a call to let us know.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancelled tickets. However, we are happy to rebook your ticket for another date or time in the future.
If you would like to change the date or time of your visit, please email us at info@applemuseum.nl with your ticket number and your preferred new date and time. We will then help you rebook your ticket.
Yes. We now offer gift vouchers that you can give to a friend, colleague, or family member. You can purchase a voucher through our website and choose between an adult or youth ticket.
We currently only accept card payments at the museum.
