Groups of up to 10 people can simply book their tickets online through our website.
For groups of more than 10 people, please contact us through our contact form or email us at info@applemuseum.nl. We would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you, such as combining your museum visit with one of the Liemès event spaces or arranging a guided tour.
The Apple Museum does not offer food or drinks inside the museum. However, the Liemès restaurant is open daily from 11:00 AM and welcomes museum visitors who would like to enjoy a meal or a drink before or after their visit.
Our timed entry slots help us keep track of how many visitors we can expect and gives visitors around an hour to arrive. For example, if you book the 3:00 PM time slot, you can arrive at any time between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
The only exception is the 4:00 PM time slot. If you book this slot, you should arrive between 4:00 PM and 4:15 PM. This is because the museum closes at 5:00 PM.
Our Apple Museum covers approximately 2,000 m². We recommend allowing around 1.5 to 3 hours to explore the entire museum and fully experience all of our exhibits.
The Apple Museum is located inside The Wall in Utrecht Leidsche Rijn.
You can reach the museum by entering the P1 parking garage, where you will also find the Amac store. From there, follow the signs to the Apple Museum.
We are open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our final entry time slot is at 4:00 PM.
The museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept the Museumkaart or VriendenLoterij VIP-KAART for free entry to the museum.
The Apple Museum is suitable for visitors of all ages, whether you are a senior, adult, student, or child. Everyone with an interest in Apple, technology, or our collection is welcome to explore and enjoy the museum.
Many of our exhibits are interactive, making the museum an engaging and fun experience for children as well.
Yes. You are welcome to take photos and videos throughout The Apple Museum. We love seeing our visitors capture and share their experience, so feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you like.
We offer guided tours for groups who would like to explore the museum with a guide.

We offer free lockers at the front desk where you can safely store your bags and coats during your visit.
For the safety of our collection and visitors, bags are not permitted inside the museum and must be stored in the lockers. This includes small handbags and purses.
